Authorized Paxton dealer, certified installer and integrator
360 Mobile Vision sells, installs, programs and services Paxton for businesses across North and South Carolina — Net2 and Paxton10 systems, PaxLock wireless hardware, Entry intercom and credentials. Being the authorized dealer as well as the installer is what gets you genuine equipment, a valid warranty and a manufacturer support path when something needs escalating.
- DealerWe quote and supply genuine Paxton equipment, licensing and subscriptions.
- InstallerOur own technicians run the cable, mount the hardware, set the software up and test it — not a subcontractor you have never met.
- IntegratorWe make it work with the cameras, doors, network and identity systems already in the building, rather than leaving you with two systems that do not talk.
- Still here afterwardsService, repair, expansion and takeover of systems somebody else installed. Emergency cover round the clock.

Paxton software and platform options

Net2
Paxton describes Net2 as its networked access control system that can be administered from one or more PCs and monitored from a central location. Net2 remains one of the core Paxton products for businesses that want proven networked access control with broad reader, controller and door expansion support. We install Net2 software and door hardware, troubleshoot database and communication issues, add users and doors, repair field hardware and keep older Net2 sites functioning when staffing changes or system growth have made administration harder.

Paxton10
Paxton10 combines access control and video surveillance on one platform. Paxton positions it as a scalable solution that can support up to 1000 doors and 1000 cameras, multi-site management and Bluetooth smartphone credentials. For customers that want fewer moving parts between access control and video, Paxton10 is attractive because readers, door controllers, credentials and video are part of one coordinated platform. We sell, install, repair and maintain Paxton10 systems and help customers design the right mix of controllers, readers, cameras and user workflows.

Solo
Solo is Paxton’s phone-based, cloud-hosted access control platform. It is aimed at simpler deployments that still want the operational benefits of remote management and mobile-first access. We deploy Solo where a customer wants easier cloud administration, a clean installation path and lower complexity while still preserving a commercial-grade access control experience.
Paxton Entry and visitor-facing hardware

Entry panels
Paxton Entry is a video intercom system that can operate standalone or alongside Net2 and Paxton10. Paxton highlights standard, touch and vandal-resistant panel designs, flexible flush or surface mounting and straightforward Cat5-based installation. We install Entry panels at lobby doors, gates, tenant entrances, office receptions and secured doors where customers need reliable visitor verification plus direct integration into the broader Paxton environment.

Entry monitors and tenant stations
Paxton’s Entry range includes standard monitors, premium monitors, audio monitors and handset versions so the door entry experience can be matched to the building type and budget. We install and service the monitor side of the system as well, because entry reliability depends on the full chain working properly, not just the exterior panel.
Paxton readers, credentials and door hardware

Readers and keypads
Paxton offers a broad range of readers and keypads across Net2, Paxton10, Solo and other Paxton families, including Paxton10 Slimline readers, the Paxton10 Reader Keypad US, Net2 proximity and MIFARE readers such as the P50, P38 and P75, keypad variants including KP50 and KP75, vandal-resistant models and options compatible with mixed credential environments. We specify, supply and replace readers based on credential type, mounting condition, weather exposure and security requirements.
Cards, tokens, Bluetooth and hands-free access
Paxton supports cards, fobs, Bluetooth smart credentials and hands-free keyfob options depending on the selected system family. That matters when a customer is balancing user convenience, issue-and-revoke workflows, tenant turnover, visitor access and long-term operating cost. We help customers choose the right credential strategy and keep it maintainable after the first install.

PaxLock wireless locksets
Paxton’s wireless lockset family includes PaxLock and PaxLock Pro products for latch and mortise applications. Paxton promotes them as a practical route to controlled access on more doors with less cabling and easier retrofit work. We install PaxLock hardware on interior offices, perimeter doors and expansion doors where pulling cable would add cost or disruption.
How we support existing Paxton systems
Existing Paxton sites often need more than a one-time installer. They need someone who can troubleshoot controller issues, replace readers and panels, add users, rebuild permissions, clean up schedules, repair Entry devices, integrate new doors and keep the software side manageable. 360 Mobile Vision handles that ongoing work so the customer does not need to leave your site experience and go back to the manufacturer to figure out what product they have or what service they need next.
Why customers buy Paxton through us
Customers working with 360 Mobile Vision get one source for Paxton product selection, installation, programming, repair, maintenance and future expansion. That includes Net2, Paxton10, Solo, Entry, readers, credentials and PaxLock hardware. We do not stop at the product brochure. We keep the system usable after turnover, renovations, tenant changes and day-to-day access issues begin showing up.

Official Paxton software, firmware and support
Use the manufacturer links below for current software, firmware, release notes, manuals and technical resources. 360 Mobile Vision links directly to official manufacturer portals and does not copy or host firmware files.
Before installing an update: verify the exact model, region, hardware revision, current version, required intermediate releases, licensing or support entitlement, backup and rollback plan, integrations and maintenance window. An incorrect firmware package or upgrade sequence can interrupt service, invalidate compatibility or prevent a downgrade. Coordinate updates for monitored, life-safety-adjacent or business-critical systems with the system administrator and an authorized specialist.
Some resources require a customer, dealer, certified-technician or active-support login. Cloud-managed products may update automatically and may not provide a public firmware file.
