Authorized Hartmann Controls dealer, certified installer and integrator
360 Mobile Vision sells, installs, programs and services Hartmann Controls for businesses across North and South Carolina — PoE and PRS door controllers, Odyssey and PROTECTOR.Net software and readers. Being the authorized dealer as well as the installer is what gets you genuine equipment, a valid warranty and a manufacturer support path when something needs escalating.
- DealerWe quote and supply genuine Hartmann Controls equipment, licensing and subscriptions.
- InstallerOur own technicians run the cable, mount the hardware, set the software up and test it — not a subcontractor you have never met.
- IntegratorWe make it work with the cameras, doors, network and identity systems already in the building, rather than leaving you with two systems that do not talk.
- Still here afterwardsService, repair, expansion and takeover of systems somebody else installed. Emergency cover round the clock.

Hartmann Controls Installation, Setup & Service
One Carolina service team for Hartmann panels, readers, credentials, Odyssey or PROTECTOR.Net software, operator training, repairs and maintenance.

A Hartmann system should be straightforward to operate after installation
360 Mobile Vision focuses on the people who will use and support the access system every day. We map how employees, tenants, contractors and visitors receive access; who changes schedules; which alarms require action; how a lost credential is revoked; and who needs help when a door behaves unexpectedly.
That operating picture guides the panel, reader and software setup. Door names follow the property’s language, permissions reflect real responsibilities, notifications go to accountable recipients and the closeout package gives administrators a practical starting point for future changes.

Support
Provide administrator guidance, system records, service escalation and options for preventive review or expansion.
Choosing between distributed PoE and PRS panels
Hartmann PoE controllers can reduce long access-control cable runs by placing control near the opening and using the network/PoE design published for the selected model. PRS controllers support traditional centralized wiring and can expand for doors, inputs/outputs or elevator floors.
We compare the property’s pathways, switch and UPS capacity, lock loads, enclosure locations, service access and existing wiring. The decision is based on maintainability and field evidence, not on a universal preference for one controller family.
360 Mobile Vision is a certified Hartmann Controls installer. We keep certificate numbers and individual credential documents private.
